| While I hope that my designs will last for years to come, should you experience an issue with your purchase, please contact me and I will do my best to assist you.
My official policy is that I will make repairs up to 30 days from the date of delivery of your product. Ship the product to me and I will repair and ship back to you at no charge.
Should your purchased product discolor over time, I'd be happy to try and "refresh" your piece if I have the right beads, or have access to more. Shipping is handled via the US Postal Service and will always be insured. Should your product be damaged in shipping, please contact me and I will provide you with the information necessary to file a claim with the shipper.
Again, I hope that none of the above will affect any of my customers, but I am here to assist should that unfortunate event occur.
